Friends parakeet..??

Question

my best friends parakeet always snezzes(i know i spelled it wrong) what's wrong with it? :(

It could be an upper respitory problem or sinus issue. Make sure there is no discharge otherwise a vet's help will be neccessary.

It could be something like a seed hull in its nostril.  Or the bird could be sick.  If it has any discharge coming from it's nostrils, it needs to see an avian vet.
