Friends please help, this is very important for me, pleaseeeee?

Friends, recently I have received a call from a cell and the prob is they give 1 or 2 rings and cut the call. or If I lift the handset they dont speak and later cut it. I can't tell the number but before the ten digited number additionally 0091 is appearing in the caller id.One more information is that it is a bsnl no. I wanted to know who is that person but I cant tell it to my parents. I guess that with the help of the number 0091 before the cell no. one can be able to know frm where this person is calling, I mean frm which state or else. So if it is possible can anyone enquire and tell me frm wher this no.is coming. and one more thing by just having the cell no. can we get the person's details? If so how? Please help for ur friend.

91 means call is from India. You ignore this 091 and call the balance 10 digit no fr any telephone booth , hold a hankey over the hand set and change your voice and talk ...you will know who is talking.....If the ring does not ring after dialing 10 digit no than add 0 inthe begining of number and dial.......

If I were u, i would jus pick up the call and immediately cut it so that the person who is calling will have to pay a huge amount for his bill and finally he would fed up and leave this calling business....

I'm pretty sure that it is not someone trying to reach you specifically. They probably have the wrong number or it is being dialed by a computer. I think 0091 is a number from Great Britain (you know, the country in Europe...). I would just ignore it so you don't waste your minutes. Also, why wouldn't you want to tell your parents? You didn't do anything wrong, and they might know what is causing it or have advice...My advice is to tell them about it and DO NOT try to call the number back in case it is an international call (major fees)...besides your parents will most likely see your phone activity on the bill anyway, so it would be better to figure out what's going on now...hope it works out for you!

  You might want to get in touch with a telephone operator and ask her.

If she doesn't know she probably has some suggestions as to how to find out.

   Now just  one more thing tell your parents, this could be some perv, please don't don't take a chance with this, your mom and dad are there to help you, sure they might be ticked off but you can bet they will find out who it is.

    Time to grow up a little here and take responsibility

dont weast your time on that wrong calls.

if they call you again and again then you simply say your parents.
