Friends....?

Question

I was friends with this girl since 3rd grade (now 8th) and we talk about everything and anything, inculding our periods. We are having a sleepover tomorrow with my other friend and both have it this week. We don't use tampons and can't go int eh pool. My other friend will deffinatly want to go in. We're not as comfortable with her. How do I explain it to her without getting kinda embarrassed?

just tell her in advance not to bring a swim suit

if she asks why tell her

its not a big deal

say it and its over.

Its really no biggie. Its your period, so I'm sure she'll understand. Its not like shes an alien. lol but really no reason to be embarrassed.
