Friends to Enemies, Myths and Legends?

What's up, YAnswerers?

Well, basically I'm looking for a short little story to put in the front of my novel. It needs to be about two friends/siblings who soon become worst enemies, and it can be Greek mythology, a fairytale, whatever. As long as it's in print, it's fine.
