Friendship bracelets?

whenever i try to make those klutz friendship bracelets with yarn they always curl and dont lie flat as i finish them...what am i doing wrong

This happens to me too. I put them under a heavy book overnight and iron them in the morning. This helps a lot. I don't know why this happens (maybe knotting too tightly?!). Hope this helps you.
