Frienemy is messing up things!!?

She'll hold grudges about the smallest , tiniest things. One time on a class trip, I switched bunk rooms and she told my bf that I was dumping him for the guy he hates, just cuz I hadn't told her, and I was switching back to the room with my friends, who are her friends too, besides my BFF, who acts like her friend but the frienemy hates her. The frienemy, Beth, will trash talk my BFF to me and expect me to just sit there and listen. When I don't, she'll get mad at both of us and hold yet another grudge. We got in a fight (not fist but verbal) and she ended up lying to her PARENTS and my friends and making it look like I was the bad one, when my friends were telling me that's what they wanted. Not the best choice. This year, one of my BFFs is leaving, and I'm afraid that my other BFF (Marley) will start hanging out with Beth again. Marley says sometimes that Beth can bug her, and Marley & Me (:D) have a couple other friends, but not good friends like my old BFF, who I've known for 6 years, and Marley's known for 4. Whaddo I do?

I used to have a friend like that. She wouldn't stop causing drama. So I beat the c**p outta her.

Sounds violent, I know. But it worked.

People like that tend to mess up other people's lives because they are miserable on the inside, and they want to make everyone feel the same way.
