Friggin useless firefox, Plz help?

I dunno how I got adblock(thatk god) installed but when I try to install an add on, I keep gettin this message:

  1. Why don't you try disabling all your extensions, then enabling them one by one to see if one of those is causing the problem. If one of them is conflicting with another, try updating both of them or you may have to stop using one of them.
