Question:

Frigidaire 25' chest freezer alarm goes off...

my freezer alarm goes off eventhough the temperature is registering about -20F. I have tried adjusting the thermostat to the lowest possible setting but the temp holds around -20F and the alarm still goes off. Can someone help me out?
