Frigidaire Dishwasher. This is my second dishwasher in 18 months. Water leaks out the bottom

Question

This is my second dishwasher in 18 months.  Water leaks out the bottom of  the dishwasher.  It did it on my first one now it''s doing  the same  thing.
Could it be  the water pressure from the city water line?  How could this happen to two dishwashers in a row?  The leak starts immediately when the wash cycle starts.
