The problem I have is that out of the blue the 5, 7, 8, 9, and 0 buttons; along with Popcorn, Cook Time (an important button), and Turntable on/off (just became another important button) do not work, but buttons 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 along with all other named buttons DO work. I have been told that, first of all the unit is out of warranty it was manufactured in 2002, but not installed until approx. 2004/2005. And, that I may need a new control panel at about $180. Because COOK TIME hasn't been working I have been using the express cook buttons that work. Also just a few days ago when I turn the microwave on the turntable sounds like it is grinding. I have been told that it could be the motor at $139. Now I am afraid to use the oven at all and because the TURNTABLE ON/OFF doesn't work and the noise that is coming from it. Is there any hope????? The repair person told me I'd be better off buying a new one due to the cost of parts. The microwave has not been beat up on. As a matter of fact, if you saw it, it looks brand new. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
