My mother-in-law switched from cube to crush. Now crused ice is all we get even after pushing the cube button.

I have the exact problem with model FRS26H5ASB5. I can now only get crushed. My father can't drink with crushed due a swallowing problem so now we have to open the door to get ice. Sort of defeats the purpose!
