Our electrolux Frididaire Top Mount Model # FRT21LR7AW1 that we purchased 6.5 yrs ago is not working. The freezer is cooling fine but the bottom compartment is 65 degrees. We have vaccumed out underneath and nothing is blocking the air vents, however only 1 of the air vents in the back of the fridge is blowing cool air.

Please help!!!
