Frigidaire dishwasher dirty & sticks in cycle

Question

my frigidaire mod # FDB658RAC1 top sprayer arm does not apear to ever get water during any cycles glasses always have dirt on them and machine will stick in one cycle often. Thanks in advance Brady.
