Frigidaire glrt186ta, the freezer is

frigidaire glrt186ta, the freezer is not cold enough, everything melted. The refrigerator seems ti be fine. All the coils were cleaned and I can hear the fan running in the freezer. There appears to be no leaks. What could the problem be ?
