Frigidaire model # FRS26ZNHB2 side by side not...

Question

I have a Frigidaire side by side with the refrigerator side not being cooled enough. The freezer side seems ok, although there is a slight frost buildup at the back of the freezer behind the ice maker. There is no air flow from the vents in the fridge. The cooling fan in the bottom rear stays on constantly, and the compressor(Embraco brand name) remains hot.

Coils have been vaccumed, and no frost buildup found there also. Suggestions Please!!
