Thanks for the advice offered on the problem I'm having with our five year old Frigididare Refrigerator. I discovered that I still have one month left on the standard warranties which came with the two identical Refrigerators I bought for our duplexes during renovations. Since one of them Is currently experiencing what appears to be a major repair issue, I'm wondering if others think it is worth the money to try and get an extended warranty for both of them before their Manufacture warranties become invalid after March 27th/ 08? I'd like to hear others experiences and opinions on buying extended warranties for five year old Refrigerators. Your input would be greatly appreciated. If your reply is yes, then should I buy it through Frigidiare or some other plan? If I have to replace either one of them, it will run me at least 1300.00 per unit to replace what I bought. Time is running out, so let me know what you think please.
