  1. i am in cross country and the more you run the more stamina you get. When i first ran i started getting cramps and everything.Just keep on practicing everyday and you will eventually be able to run for a long time without hurting.

  2. u couldn't breathe, because u simply aren't in shape yet. in a couple of days u will get better and be able to run farther and faster without getting so tired.

the pain u had, was a cramp. did u eat before u ran? next time u run, dont' eat a big meal unless its 3 hours earlier. like if ur practice is at 6:00pm, don't eat anything after 3:00. that way ur food will have time to digest and u won't have a cramp. its the same for drinking. don't drink a whole lot before u run.

  3. It looks like your out of shape and experiencing cramps. The best thing that a very wise person told me to do with cramps is to pinch your lower lip and that applies pressure and gets rid of your cramps. If that doesn't work then it could be a pulled muscle somewhere. So good luck =]

  4. The stomach pain is caused by the build up of lactic acid in your chest.

When you feel this cramp try putting your hand under your ribcage and it might help cure the pain. Also be sure not to eat or drink to much before you run. and after your run just walk around. laying down will  make the cramp even worse. Also right before your run drink small fast sips instead of chugging

  5. That would be your stamina. Running takes up alot, and you are just now getting out of in-activeness, and that actually is a good thing. You will experience that less and less each day, and it means you are building up your stamina.  As for the rib-cage, thats a cramp that I believe is caused by in-sufficient (lack of) oxygen circulating to your muscles in that area. That or you over-stretched it. I am not definite on this one, but I'm around 95% sure. I hope this helped!

  6. its natural, your body just is getting to used to the running. The pain, is a cramp and you havent quite built up enough stamina yet.
