what do fruits and vegtables do and are they really good for you like everybody says

  1. they are really good for you and u shood eat 5 serves of each of them a day,. they contain very important vitamins and minerals (vitamin a, b, c, d.... and also minerals , iron... and also of course dietary fibre) these all play crucial parts in being healthy and ur body workin properly,

    u need iron to help roduce red blood cells, u need all teh vitamins and minerals to to help carry oxygen in ur blood cells, u need dietary fibre, .. well i think it helps to digest food,.. and all fruits and vegetables help to release energy.. also they all make u feel beter, can concentrate better, basically helps ur whole entire wellbeing


  2. they contain the nutrients that you need for a healthy body.nutrients are responsible for rebuilding body cells, maintaining energy levels and genareal wellbeing it has been scientifically proven.

    Also, since we mass produce so many vegetable as well as genetically engineer some types, there are less nutrients (vitamins and minerals) in them than there used to be. Organic vegetables may contain more. A good multi vitamin can offset this deficit.

    The best source of vitamins and minerals are vegetables.

    The best source of natural sugars is fruit.
