Frog Identification?

I observed a frog the other day, and I am curious as to what kind of frog it actually is. So here is the background Info.

The frog I saw was small, only 1-1.5 inches

It was a light green on the dorsal side, with the ventral side being a paler, beige color.

The back legs had several dark stripes running vertically on them.

Also, There was a similar colored stripe running from the shoulder area to the groin area, ending right infront of the hind legs.

The frog is Diurnal.

Its skin was rather smooth.

It was also some sort of tree frog, I believe.

It was observed in Eastern Kansas, Right along the State line.

There were no odd color patterns, save the aformentioned stripes

At first, I thought it might be a Northern Cricket Frog, but since that species has such a wide range of colors, and since the skin was smooth, It led me to doubts.

Also, Since I'm not sure of the mating seasons and developmental speeds of this frog, It is possible it is still a juvenile of some sort
