From 4 day in trying to open the site www.passport.gov.in but it is not opening yet. how can I open it.?

  2. call them. I cant open the site either. OR

    go onto google. type in that website and search it. im not sure where you want to go in india but look at the 3rd or 4th one - from there, look on the bottom of that link where the site it list and click "CACHED" on the google page. else call them
