From California to Boston in a train--10 POINTS :D?

Hey guys! I want to know how long it would take to get to Boston from California from a train, and how much would it cost?? And, how much luggage can I carry?

2 bags,  but they aren't very strict.

If you're going to Los Angeles it will take 4 days. The train departs Boston on day 1 at 12:05 noon and arrives in LA at 08:15 on day 4.

This is assuming the train is not late.

Cost for coach is $249, for sleeping car its $1008; this is one way.
