From Dortmund airport to Soest do i need to travel into Dortmund central or can i go from airportr?

im not sure that i can go directly from the Dortmund Airport or whether i need to travel into the central station in Dortmund and travel out to Soest.

You can go pretty much from the airport (see option 2)

Shuttle bus to Dortmund centre (25 minutes, costs 5 Euros per passenger, children between 6 and 14 travel 2 Euros; children under 6 travel free) then train to Soest (express train €13, takes 35 minutes, or the slower train takes 50 minutes)

or

a €1 bus to Holzwickede train station (takes 5 minutes) then a train to Soest (takes 30 minutes)
