  1. So many variables for you to cover:

*why do you want to move?

    *your income...is that covered?

*buying or renting (private or social landlord)

*rural or town location....rural Wales is nothing like what most English folk are used to, hence why so many holiday down here

    *whereabouts in Wales?

    *furniture

    *getting there

*how far will you be from family and friends?

Only a short list, but plenty to consider.

  2. From London and southern england , straight down the M4

    FROM MOST OTHER PLACES USE M1 , M42.M5 M4/ OR M6, M5, M4 YAKY DAR.

  3. You need to decide on which area you you would like to move to, then either look at the houses for sale in the area.

If you want to move into social housing eg council or housing association housing, then you would need to contact the relevant offices, and ask for a housing application form.

  4. Stay at home longer!! Unless your homelife is unbearable stay there. Its the cheapest place you'll ever live. If you want to move, then you have to know how you are going to fund your required lifestyle. Its not just rent but all the bills that go with it, gas, elec, council tax, water, insurances, travelling to work, food, tv licence, phone, etc before you have a social life.
