  1. Previous answer from Courtney is correct Irishferries has a service from Rosslare and a spanking new boat coming along shortly.  It was about time.

Also you could check the french company Brittany Ferries, from Cork to Roscoff.

  2. Yes.  Take the ferry from Rosslare, County Wexford to Cherbourg, France (normandy) or Roscoff, France (Brittany).

    Timetable:

Rosslare - Cherbourg Depart 16.00 Arrive 11.30 next day

Rosslare - Roscoff Depart 17.00 Arrive 11.00 next day

However, there will no service between Ireland and France from Sunday 4th November to Wednesday 29th November inclusive on Irish Ferries.

  3. You can take the ferry from Rosslare Wexford to Cherbourg or Le Havre in France. You can take a ferry from Cork to Roscoff in Brittany at certain times of the year only.  You can also travel landbridge from Dublin to Holyhead in Britain then take a train or drive to the south coast and get any number of ferries over to France, e.g. Newhaven to Dieppe, Dover to Calais. You can also get a ferry from the south coast of England to Belgium.
