привет, We are Russian girls now back living in Moscow. Because our British visas were expired, they removed us but not deported us. We want to come back to Ireland. A lot of our Russian friends got married to Irish men and they are staying there. Is Ireland Immigration difficult on us? Can we come to Ireland? or they won't give us visa? thanks. x

  1. Probably not. Ireland has tighter immigration policy than UK. And there is a 'common' immigration rule within the EC. If you are 'removed' from one EC country it is the effectively the same as being removed from them all and Ireland upholds this policy very strongly.

  2. Sorry to hear. Why do you want to come to Ireland for? Moscow is better for you guys, ain't it?

  3. removed? is a pretty drastic situation, so? if you have been removed? you overstayed your visa? otherwise you would have left on your own?

no, it will not be easier to go to Ireland, on the contrary, the UK and Ireland have very close relationship and are the same on immigration,

i doubt you will get visa, you have been removed............... meaning?

  4. SOUNDS LIKE MAIL ORDER BRIDERY TO ME, I AM BRITISH AND CAN OFFER MY BED OR SERVICES IF U LIKE, U GET FREE BRITISHNESS IF U AGREE

  5. Nice to hear you got 'removed'. Yep.. Ireland's your best bet. Apparently they're all loaded now. Cheers

  6. Ireland and the UK are pretty tight. It would be difficult and you would have to state that you were asked to leave the UK due to expired visas. I doubt any country would look favourably that you were told to leave a country.

Ireland used to be the most leinent of the EU countries (offering permanent residency to parents of babies born in Ireland until 2004) but they've now tighten their laws quite a bit.
