From SFO to Sunnyvale?

Hi, i have been told that Caltrain is a good option to reach Sunnyvale from SFO. Is this right? If so, please let me know how much it would cost for this journey (roughly). Also, may i know how to get to a caltrain from SFO Intl Airport.
