I don't think any site would pay US  to upload stuff ! the closest I can think is forums that pay u 2 cents to post threads. search on google

I would like to suggest Shareapic.net. It provides you some tools to promote your pictures. In your own galleries, you can generate some image codes which you can put these codes to your MSN space,blogs or websites.
