I don't know over sensitivity is but i have read lots of comments about it. i think my child has it too. he is 8. well my child is fund rubbing his p***s when i put him to bed or bathing witch is normal. i encourage it because its normal and helps loosen the f******n. normally when i tuck him in for the night he would play with his p***s no problem while the f******n cover the glans but the problem is when he pull it back exposing the glans he says he does not like touching glans because it stings. no it does not hurt. it stings he said. even when cleaning it he would tell me that it sting a lot and very tickled by it so cleaning the glans take a great ordeal for him to bear we do it once a week cleaning the glans and f******n inside with water while bathing. so when i pull it back showing the glans just a minor touch would send him twitching because it stings but cover the glans with f******n he enjoys rubbing his p***s. i think his glans is oversensitive. how to do i deal with this?

  1. I think you are over-concerned about your EIGHT YEAR OLD son's p***s.  By eight, he should be able to take care of his hygiene needs by himself.  Your "care" is bordering on abuse.....actually, you may be over the line.

  2. take him to the hospital and ask a real professional please like, i don't no a Doctor maybe......

  3. Everyones (uncircumcized) is like that. p***s is very sensative when not protected, its very normail. Tell him not to be playing with it too much because his hands might be dirty and he could get an infection down there. Its normal for p***s to be sensative and you should not worry about it. That is why its so hard to clean under the f******n with kids.

  4. talk to the dr.  i dont think you should be touching your child's p***s or should encourage "playing" with it.  He's just a child!  All the bacteria on your child's hands are getting over the p***s.  If he can't clean his own p***s, talk to the dr and see maybe if he needs a circumcision.  I'm going to be very honest, you really creeped me out when you said you pull your son's f******n back.  That can be viewed as sexual abuse.

  5. That sounds 100% normal

  6. I have to ask at 8 years old why are you cleaning his p***s??

Call your pediatrician and ask him if this is normal.

  7. Why are you asking complete strangers for medical advice?

If you have a concern go to your doctor and have him refer a pediatrician.

  8. Why are you talking to your 8 year old about his really personal hygiene?! That is kind of creepy.
