Question:

From a nutrition standpoint, is it good to vary the types of veggies you eat or eat the same ones all the time?

my usual stapes are peppers, cucumbers, different types of lettuces, and tomatoes. should I change it up , or will I be ok. thanks.

  1. you will soon get bored so you should mix it up!! i get bored eating the  something over and over!!


  2. You don't necessarily have to vary the types of vegetables you consume.  They all provide their share of nutrients.

    You should make sure you are getting an adequate serving of vegetables.  You can vary them if you want, that way you will get more of a variety of nutrients and taste as well.

  3. It sounds like you are doing pretty good right now. Any veggies are always a good thing. If you want to change it up go for it. You can still keep eating the veggies that you eat now.
