From a private school, dork???

i go to a private school, and its awesome. But whenever we go on school trips other schools stare at us because we're i uniform. Like, onnce me and my friend were going up these stairs and some girl passed us with her friend and said "Nice Uniform" we smiled and they walked away. As soon as they were behind us, we heared here mutter 'not'. Everyone thinks that kids from a private school are dorks. Because they think there better than public school kids. Which isn't true at all. Just because we have a severe dress code, doesn't change who we are on the inside. I hate when people make these assumtions, and try to make us feel bad for being stuffed in a blazer and tie, while they go and where whatever they want. I love my school, and dont wanna leave it. I am graduation this year anyway because I am going into grade 8. What Should I do?

YOU ARE NOT A DORK! i've gone to private school all my life. those girls who said that are losers because who goes out of their way just to comment on a strangers uniform? who cares?

when some kid i know found out that i went to private school and still do  they though that i thought that private school kids are better- no, my parents just didn't want me to go to public.

some people think that private school  kids are stuck up too- i am not- but who cares just ignore the *********.es

you going to private school has nothing to do with you at all. Your parents put you in private school. so if anything, these dumb girls are just trying to pass the time in their boring lives by making fun of the wrong person.

You're not a dork!! You're getting a better education than everyone else so  who really cares? Besides if you like it that's all that really matters.
