By Metro you have to go to Dumdum Metro St. from air port By Taxi 15 minute&you can travel to Kalighat by 30 Minute

If this is the first time in this city then I suggest you to take the 'White Liner' bus to Tollygunge,it leaves from the airport,just tell the bus conductor to get you off at Rashbehari,from there it is 10 minutes walk to Kalighat,you can ask direction from anyone its safe place.

Car takes longer route and can tend to cheat you,so no to cars.The metro train is not from the airport,so avoid it but White Liner bus from airport to Tollygunge is simplest and safest.
