From group ethic discussion, why do some people make female girls, as little as 5 years, to cover their chests

Question

...when in swimming suit on the beach or in a pool? Do the people make this because all the other people do it or because they learned this is the "right" way? Is it a custom implanted by the sexist establishment? Would a five year old girl be embarrased by not covering her chest?

Of course we know why big girls cover theirs. ;)

Too many pedophiles out there ... we make it feel normal to cover up before they actually have something to cover up.

I think b/c its a part of female anatomy that is considered erotic..even if there is nothng there.. and maybe to get them  ready for how things will be for the rest of their life.
