1.LRT bound for Taft

2.get off at any of the first stations along Taft, then either walk or ride a jeepney but it's a short one,you could do walking, going to roxas boulevard.

From Monumento ride a Jeepney with Baclaran/Libertad/Mabini/Harisson signboard, it will pass by Malate area.

I agree with the other answer take a LRT from Monumento to Pedro Gil ask the pedicab in Malate

you need to take the LRT1 lane in the Monumento station and you can go to Pedro Gil Station and you can take pedicab or even walk to Malate...
