From my email add. how do i put it in my photobucket.?

i sent pictures from my cell phone to my yahoo email add. now im trying to get them pictures out and put them in my photobucket, so that way i can put pics on my myspace,please help.

two options, if you have email on your computer like outlook or yahoo here, then you would save to desktop or documents folder, then you can both / either upload to photobucket album, and myspace album, form my space album you can link to use on blog pages,

~ you can also use yahoo flickr for photos,
