From now on give Bharat Ratna to INSTITUTIONS (Red Cross etc) and NOT to INDIVIDUALS...?

why don't do both??  if you know a family that needs help and can do so give to them.   if you want to help people but don't know who needs the help give to the institutions.   if you do give to a institutions check them out carefully to make sure the money is going where it needs to go, and not to pay a big overhead expense.

Better to give the aid directly to the persons who needs the help instead of giving to individuals or groups posing as Red Groups because the money will likely be diverted to their pockets.
