Hi...I want to lose 1 or two pant sizes. For about 2 weeks now...I've been walking/ running in the morning between 30 min to 1 hour. Plus for about 3 weeks I've been drinking a gallon of water a day & watching what I eat! I really want to get into a 11/12 by next month(winter shopping)....Any health tips, advice?Thankx
