Question:

From size 14/16 to 11/12....can it be done?

Hi...I want to lose 1 or two pant sizes. For about 2 weeks now...I've been walking/ running in the morning between 30 min to 1 hour. Plus for about 3 weeks I've been drinking a gallon of water a day & watching what I eat! I really want to get into a 11/12 by next month(winter shopping)....

Any health tips, advice?

  1. yesss try some squats they work good for your legs

    Meat

    Vegetables

    Fruit

    Dairy

    Don't Eat:

    Bread

    Pasta

    Starches

  3. Yes, it can be done! I went form a 12/14 to a 4/5 in about 6 months. And I ate bread, pasta, rice, and all that stuff! Just try to balance your meals and eat lots of fruit and veggies, along with lean meat and whole grains. Try to limit fast food/fried food/sugary food. And keep exercising! You can do it. I used the Weight Watchers point system as a guide, it really helped me too.
