From skinny to toned - How?

Right now, I am a skinny (but BMI-wise healthy) tall 18 year old. I want to gain muscle mass, not hardcore body building style but not to be so skinny. However when I've done this in the past I've just lost weight... any tips? Seems like everything on the internet is about losing weight and I don't want that!

  1. Not running at all, and weight lifting.

    Running makes you not gain weight because it is conditioning, lifting helps because it makes your muscles grow.


  2. i suggest while working out you need to take a supplement like whey protein in order to maintain the muscles you improved from working out...also eat foods which are rich in protein and carbohydrates...
