  1. "all men are created equal"  the right to " life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Sounds self explanatory to me.


  2. Read the first sentence. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal. That should be the answer to your question right there. It is saying that all humans have unalienable rights and that all men are created exactly the same and so they should be treated as equals.
