Question:

From the sound of my name...

I have known people who have judged me from hearing my name,

without even knowing me at all,

because they classify certain names with certain stereotypes.

What do you think, can you really judge someone just from hearing their name?

My name is Christina Martha La Pham.

From the sound of it, can you guess my ethnicity, guess what kind of person I am, where I'm from, etc.

Give me your opinions, & please and thank you :)

  1. spanish.

  2. No you cannot judge someone by their name. Because you did not choose your name; it was given to you at birth. These following things are something that we do not have a free will with: our race, our religion, our name, our parents.

I can't tell where you are from, from your name, except that you may be from Asia and that you are Christian. But what kind of person you are is something that no one can ever know except those who are close to you.

  3. viet and hispanic?I think that judging a person from their name only "works" sometimes.Like if someones name is Teniqua there is a  a 50-50 chance that they are a ghetto black girl or a decent black girl, and a 50-50 chance that she is black at all. So,I don't know.

  4. It sounds like you might be Christian, because of your first name. Some importance of family traditions, perhaps, based on your middle name. Like you might be a mixture of Asian and French, or just French, by your last name. Your avatar suggests the former. I would guess, more specifically, Vietnamese or Cambodian. If you are Vietnamese, you might be Catholic. You are most likely American or English, but could have been born somewhere else. From your typing, you sound like you're educated and possibly well spoken. I don't tend to judge people's personality based on their names....Does that help?

  5. Asian Christian.  Perhaps from Vietnam. You are small, thin, with straight black hair, olive complexioned, almond eyes, small flat nose. As a person, educated and modern.

  6. La Pham is Vietnamese isn't it? I mean... No-one really cares though. If you're hot your name doesn't matter.

    Or is La Pham French?

That's a hot name though, and I would have s*x with you I'm sure.
