  1. According to the Westchester County Bus map the 6 route goes near Hawthorne, but there is no indication it actually goes into Hawthorne.

    Your best bet is to Call the Bee-Line System at:

    (914) 813-7777 between the

    hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  2. You can take the Metro-North's Harlem Line from White Plains station to Hawthorne. The fare is $4.50 round trip and the trip takes about 12 to 13 minutes.
