From video camera to computer!!?

Question

I have tried to plug my video camera (digital, mini DVD) into my computer, and have tried a finalized DVD. I can't download it on my computer, all it will do is play the footage. How do I get it onto my computer???

You need to finalize the DVD in your camera!! Are you using the software that came with the camera?? What does your manual say?? You may want to try the manufacturers support site for your camcorder & see if there is a solution in the FAQ's section. Good luck!!

view the camera as a storage device in my computer and copy the film file from there.
