it's a pic drawn for the band Tash for the song Xepher i think.

when i searched xepher, tatsh, and medieval choir (which are all found ON the pic) i got lyrics for xepher by tatsh with the genre of medieval choir...

Edit:

Oh! the song was used in dance dance revolution (which we all know is a japanese game). So it may have been drawn for the game.
