From where I can dowanload free I-131 and I-765?? www.uscis.gov won't let me download..Help plz..thanks?

Do the links at http://www.uscis.gov/i-131 and http://www.uscis.gov/i-765 not work for you?

I wouldn't get them from anyplace else, but if you want I could upload them somewhere for you to grab...

As for filing online or by mail, there is no difference in processing speed. By filing online, you can use a credit card or a bank account to pay, whereas you have to use a check or mail order if filing by post; you also get a receipt number instantly by filing electronically. But like I said, as far as processing speed goes, there's no difference.

There are several "immigration serivecs" that offer downloadable forms for most of the stuff required by USCIS. Some charge for the download, others only if you file through them.

But the only OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED forms are on the USCIS website. Other sites may well be out-of-date or otherwise incorrect.
