Just about any bank that gives you a checking account will give you a debit card that works like a credit card except it draws money direct from your checking account.

Use one with a  Master Card or Visa sponsor to get the illegal use protections offered by their credit cards.

its going to be hard most places require credit cards.

anywhere that takes PayPal. You need to have a bank account, and let PayPal verify your account, which takes a while.  After that, they deduct from the account, just like using a debit card. (Depends if you are in the US or elsewhere, I think...you don't say.)
