From where to get the voter/identity card?

i'm a resident of Bandra (W.) in Mumbai. i'm 18 and want to vote in the forthcoming General and Maharshtra assembly elections (both next year). does somebody know where to register for my voter/identity card for the same?

please help me out...

Election commissioners office.

Go to your  area election commissioners

office  with your identification documents

eg. ration card, or    college id.

or ask your area corporator  help you out.
