From which link i can download DirectX 10 for free?

if you have vista then you have dx10. if you are allowing updates it will automatically be updated to 10.1

if you have xp then there's no point getting dx10 as it doesnt work on xp. Its vista only.

The most recent version for xp is 9.0c
