From which shop i can get the copy of tenency agreemet?

I tried with WH smith but it was not available. Is there any other shop in london from where i can get the tenency agreement.

I let some properties in Cornwall and got a copy of one from the Estate Agents. I then changed whatever I wanted and printed them up. Just keep it in your pc and you can change Tenant names and details etc. ( The agents were happy for me to do it by the way !)

Tenancy agreements are usually individual to the property. It is a list of do`s and dont`s that the landlord expects his tenants to abide by as well as listing what each party is responsible for, and as such I doubt whether there is a standard form that can be bought.

Assignment of leases are dealt with by solicitors, unless you have a gentlemans agreement, but in such a case ther will be some form of rules in writing.
