  1. i am a pilot and have no clue what you are talking about

  2. I guess you mean the Schengen Visa; a Schengen Visa holder can travel freely within the Schengen countries for a period of time (I think the maximun is 6 months). But for what I remember, Spain is a member of the Schengen Treaty countries, but The UK and Ireland are NOT.

Anyway, being the 3 countries members of the European community, you´ll have to go through the European Citizens, or something like this.

  3. What a weird question. When you disembark from any airliner at any international airport in the world,Madrid included, you exit by the same door you entered. The plane on landing proceeds to the designated gate by the tower

  4. Blue channel is for EU residents and Schengen signatory nations. Important with Madrid airport as its Terminals are actually divided according to the schengen agreement.

Bear in mind that for large sporting events or indeed for any other reason any schengen country can temporarily suspend the conditions of the treaty. This happened for the World Cup in Germany and immediately after the Madrid bombings.
