Flight attendant manuals are considered safety-sensitive and are only given out to their employees.  If you are thinking of becoming a flight attendant, you do not need this prior knowledge - the recruiters don't expect you to have the knowledge in their manuals.  They will train you in all you need to know , once hired.

The things they learn include a lot of hands on training and use expensive simulators. There is book stuff they learn but that is very confidential because it contains content on how to deal with terrorists and hijackers.
