Ok so I want to make a little extra cash.Does mowing lawns make a lot of money?How much should I charge?I was thinking $5-$10 for small to medium lawns and $15-$20 for large lawns.Is that good pricing?I want to make about $500.

  1. It sounds to me like you're under charging.  Charge extra if you are using your own mower, don't forget to figure in the price of fuel. Do they want the clippings picked up? That's extra. Also extra is any edging, bush trimming, etc. You get the idea.

    I would start at $20 for the smallest basic lawn and go up from there.


  2. your under pricing. $20 for small to medium lawns. (add gas :)  and for large lawns, $35 dollars. but if you want to do those prices, you will get a lot of customers.
